This is our 30 hour Real Estate Brokerage Class.  Click on the course name to the left to start.  This course is approved for 30 CORE hours, or 30 SAE hours and 9 MCE elective hours.   This course will satisfy the 1/1/08 Brokerage Course requirement for those applying for a Texas broker's license.  This is a correspondence class, so you will receive a textbook but you can complete the coursework either on paper or online.  After receiving the text material you will need to complete the assignments and then pass the final exam.  $159.00 or $139.00 if purchased in a 3 course package.  (Plus $8.00 S&H if course is mailed)
